Berks Encore holds this chair yoga class on Thursday mornings at its Strausstown Wellness & Activity Center on East Avenue. It is one of the wellness classes on the center's monthly schedule, which also includes other exercise groups, games and social activities.
The class is open to people age 60 and up. Funding comes from the Berks County Area Agency on Aging.
