Chair Yoga with Amy
Nov 3 to Nov 24
About the class
Chair Yoga with Amy is a seated yoga class for older adults, held at the Berks Encore Mifflin Wellness & Activity Center on Liberty Street in Shillington. The class meets on Tuesday mornings as part of the center's regular schedule of wellness classes and activities.
The session is led by Amy and uses a chair, so you can take part while seated or with the chair for support. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring water. It helps to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so you can get settled.
The class is offered for seniors, and the program is funded by the Berks County Area Agency on Aging. To sign up or ask what to expect, contact Berks Encore at (610) 374-3195 or check the center activities page on their website for the current monthly schedule.
