Chair Zumba takes the dance-based movement of Zumba and brings it to a seated format. Participants follow along from a chair, so the routine stays within reach for people who would rather not be on their feet for a whole workout.
The class meets Wednesday mornings at the Berks Encore Strausstown Wellness & Activity Center at 44 East Avenue in Strausstown. It is one of the wellness classes and activities on the center's monthly schedule, so you can pair it with other programs on the same calendar.
