Berks Encore runs a pickleball group through its Strausstown Wellness & Activity Center. Players meet on Wednesday mornings for games on the court, and the pace is set by the people who show up, so both newer players and those who already know the game can join in.
The group is part of Berks Encore's program for older adults, alongside the wellness classes, cards and social activities offered at its centers across Berks County. Come in comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in, and bring water.
