Rejuvenate is a late morning session led by Kaleidoscope Angels at the Berks Encore Douglassville Wellness and Activity Center. It is part of the center's regular lineup of wellness classes and social activities for older adults, and it meets on a Wednesday morning at 11 a.m.
The center is at 2144 Weavertown Road in Douglassville and is open Monday through Friday. Come as you are and plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in. Other programs run through the week, so you can make a morning of it if you wish.
