About the class
Zumba Gold Toning is a dance fitness class for older adults, run by Berks Encore at its Strausstown Wellness & Activity Center. Classes move to music at a manageable pace, so participants get a workout while keeping the steps simple.
The class meets Tuesday mornings at the center on East Avenue in Strausstown. See the schedule panel for the current run of dates. The program is for seniors and is funded by the Berks County Area Agency on Aging. Wear clothes and shoes you can move in comfortably.
