About the program
The Classic Literature Book Club brings together readers who enjoy timeless stories and thought-provoking books. Members read the selected classic ahead of the meeting and come ready to discuss it with other literature lovers. One of the club's selections is "The Haunting of Hill House" by Shirley Jackson.
Meetings take place at the Bethel-Tulpehocken Public Library on Lancaster Avenue in Bethel. You can stop by the library anytime to pick up a copy of the current book. Readers ages 14 and up are welcome, so teens and adults sit down at the same table.
To take part, sign up online through the library's events listing, or call or text the library ahead of the meeting.
