Quilts: Stories Stitched Through Generations Talk
Starts Mon, Nov 2, 1:00 PM · Free
About the class
Deborah Romig and her mother lead a lively look at quilting, from its history and creative process to the stories and memories stitched into quilts passed down through families. They share personal stories and bring examples to look at, and there is time for the audience to take part.
The talk gets at why quilts are more than fabric and thread, and what they can tell us about where we come from. It is planned for adults and meets at Boyertown Community Library on North Reading Avenue.
Registration is required. Sign up through the library's event registration link before the program.
