Teen Dungeons and Dragons Club at Brandywine Library
Starts Sat, Nov 28, 1:00 PM · Free · Ages 13 to 17
About the program
Teens gather at Brandywine Community Library to play Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition with Game Master Morgan, who teaches players how the game works. No experience is necessary, but teamwork is. Players role-play characters in a cooperative story that calls on improvisation, problem solving, critical thinking, creative writing, social literacy and collaboration.
New players create characters at the start of each meeting and begin at level 1. Pre-filled character sheets are available for anyone who wants one, so newcomers can jump in and play right away.
The club is for ages 13 to 17. Registration is not required, but the library appreciates it because space is limited. Adults who would like to see an 18 and over group can let the library know by emailing circulation@brandywinelibrary.org.
