This class from Culture Shock Performing Arts Center pairs dance technique work with conditioning. It is set at the advanced level, so it is built for dancers who are already working at that stage of their training.

The class meets on Tuesday evenings for about 45 minutes and runs across the dance season. It is open to all dancers who fit the advanced level. Culture Shock also runs an intermediate section of Technique and Conditioning in the same Tuesday time slot, so dancers can choose the level that matches where they are.

Registration is handled online through Culture Shock Performing Arts Center. See the schedule panel on this page for the current session dates and times.
