Preschool Storytime with Officer Dale
Starts Wed, Nov 11, 10:00 AM · Free
About the class
Fleetwood Area Public Library hosts a storytime where preschoolers meet a police officer from their own community. Chief Dale visits to read along and talk with the children about what a police officer does each day and why the job matters.
The visit is built around a simple message for young children: police officers are people you can go to when you need help. Kids hear what it is like to serve in Fleetwood, and there is room for the questions that young listeners like to ask.
The program takes place at the library at 110 W. Arch Street in Fleetwood, in the Fleetwood Community Center. Families are welcome to come along with their preschoolers. For details or to ask about signing up, contact the library at 610-944-0146.
