About the workshop
Paint a Magic Snowman on a 16x20 canvas at Painting with a Twist in Exeter Township, with a studio artist guiding you step by step. A portion of every seat, DIY scented candle and stainless steel wine glass sold at this class goes to the Fusion Dance Co Booster Club. Painters of any age are welcome, and the artwork is recommended for ages 9 and up, so groups often mix kids and adults.
The studio uses acrylic paint. It is non-toxic but it does stain fabric, so wear clothing you would not mind getting a little paint on. Aprons are provided. Plan to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, get smocked and settle in, since late arrivals may not be able to paint. Optional add-ons include a DIY scented soy candle and a stainless steel wine glass with lid; candle makers should arrive about 30 minutes early.
Snacks and drinks are welcome, and the studio is bring your own beverage, so alcohol may be present. You must be 21 or over to drink, cups are provided and you bring your own ice. Adults who are only helping or watching do not need a seat, but let the studio know if you plan to stay. Book online through the studio's event page.
