About the workshop
Walk the trail at Blue Marsh Lake with Naturalist Porcupine Pat and take in the fall foliage. This is a quiet stroll with time to look closely at trees, learn how to identify them, and find out why leaves change color in autumn. It meets Saturday mornings at the State Hill Boat Launch.
The program is open to adults with or without children, and it suits ages 4 and up. The trail is moderately difficult, so wear shoes you can walk in and dress for the weather.
Pre-registration is required, and every person attending needs their own registration. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also registered. Sign up through the Spring Township Parks and Recreation registration page, then check your email in the days before the program for directions and any updates. If your plans change, let the Parks and Recreation office know so your spot can go to someone else.
