Read to a Therapy Dog
Starts Sat, Oct 10, 10:00 AM · Free

About the program
Trixie, a friendly Old English Sheepdog, comes to the Sinking Spring Public Library to listen to stories and meet new people. Children and readers of any age can sit down with her and read aloud for a while, or simply stop by to say hello and give her a visit.
This is a relaxed, low pressure way to practice reading out loud. Bring a book you like, or pick one out at the library when you arrive. The program runs on the second Saturday of each month during the morning hours.
The visits are free and open to everyone. No experience with dogs is needed. For questions, call the library at (610) 678-4311 or stop in at 3940 Penn Avenue in Sinking Spring.
