At New Image Auto Repair, value matters as much as quality. We understand that car repairs can strain any budget, which is why customers consistently rave about our fair, transparent pricing. From the moment you request a quote, you’ll see that our rates are among the most competitive in Reading. “Adan has reasonable prices…100% recommended,” one satisfied driver shared. We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between affordability and exceptional service—here, you get both.

Expertise That Inspires Confidence

You want mechanics who truly understand your vehicle, and our staff delivers expert knowledge at every turn. With decades of combined experience, our team tackles everything from routine oil changes to intricate transmission work. We break down technical jargon into clear, honest explanations so you know exactly what’s happening under the hood. As one reviewer noted, “Adan is very passionate…very transparent. If you’re looking for a mechanic with integrity, he’s your guy.” When expertise meets integrity, you drive away with complete peace of mind.

Speed & Efficiency to Keep You Moving

We recognize how disruptive car trouble can be—and we work swiftly to get you back on the road. Need an oil change before your afternoon meeting? Our ultra-fast oil change service can have you in and out in under 20 minutes. Experiencing an overheating engine? We’ll prioritize your vehicle, offering quick turnarounds even for urgent repairs. Clients consistently praise our prompt scheduling and rapid service: “My car was overheating and Adan got the job done quick and efficiently.” At New Image Auto Repair, speed never sacrifices quality.

A Welcoming Environment

Stepping into our shop feels more like visiting friends than dealing with an impersonal garage. From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted with smiles and genuine hospitality. Customers often mention our upbeat, positive atmosphere: “All smiles from everyone, which made it that much better.” We’ve created a space where you can relax with a cup of coffee, check emails on our free Wi-Fi, or watch as our team brings your car back to peak performance.

Going the Extra Mile

Emergencies don’t wait for regular business hours—so neither do we. New Image Auto Repair offers roadside assistance and flatbed service for those unexpected breakdowns. When one customer’s car wouldn’t start miles away from town, our team arrived quickly with a flatbed, retrieved the vehicle, and had it back on the road perfectly in just a few days. That level of dedication defines who we are: mechanics who treat you like family, no matter the hour or location.

Individual Excellence—Pelu’s Support

Behind every great shop is an exceptional individual, and at New Image Auto Repair, Pelu shines. Whether you’re stranded with a dead battery or need a complicated suspension adjustment, Pelu approaches every job with enthusiasm and precision. “Yet again Pelu outdid himself in getting me back with my Jeep!” one customer raved. His commitment to quality and genuine care for each car—and owner—uplifts our entire team.

Handling Complex Repairs

From motor swaps to transmission rebuilds, we embrace challenges that other shops might shy away from. Our technicians have the skills and tools to tackle advanced repairs: diagnosing elusive electrical gremlins, rebuilding worn-out transmissions, or rerouting wiring on classic cars. Customers trust us for complex engine and transmission work because they know we’ll get it right the first time. As one client put it, “Trusted New Image to diagnose, rebuild, rewire, and clean up my Integra while I was still in school.”

Commitment to Continuous Improvement

Every business encounters the occasional hiccup, and we’re no exception. A very small handful of customers have experienced service errors—like a missed caliper bolt installation. When issues arise, we own them, learn from them, and fine-tune our quality control to ensure they seldom happen again. Your safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities, and we stand behind every repair with honesty and accountability.
