Expert Nutritional Guidance On-Site

What truly sets us apart is our dedication to expertise. At our Gap location, a certified nutritionist is always on hand to answer questions on animal diets, growth needs, or specific health concerns. Whether you’re weighing the pros and cons of a new feed formula or tailoring a puppy’s meal plan, our knowledgeable team offers personalized advice you won’t find at big-box stores. As one satisfied shopper noted, “I like that there is a nutritionist there to answer my questions & help give advice.”

A Hub for Community & Family Events

More than just a store, Stoltzfus Feed & Supply is a gathering place. Each September, we host our signature Furry Friends Field Day, a family-friendly event supporting local pet rescues. From obstacle courses for dogs to educational talks on chicken care, the day brims with laughter, learning, and community pride. Beyond this annual festivity, we regularly offer workshops—from backyard chicken-raising to fall garden prep—that welcome enthusiasts of all ages. It’s this sense of fun and togetherness that keeps customers returning year after year.

Convenient Delivery & Load-Out Services

For customers who prefer to shop from home or manage heavy bulk orders, our delivery and load-out options add a layer of convenience. Many clients praise our prompt drivers and their polite, careful handling of products: “Pellets are delivered promptly; delivery driver is so nice!” We recognize, however, that consistency is key. When service falls short—be it an awkward load-out or a less-than-pleasant attitude—we address it swiftly. Our goal is to ensure every delivery arrives on time and every customer interaction ends with satisfaction.

Fair Pricing & Outstanding Value

At Stoltzfus Feed & Supply, we aim to balance quality with affordability. Most visitors find our prices reasonable, especially when factoring in the breadth of our selection and the expertise we provide. While some specialty feeds and premium brands can carry a higher sticker price, customers agree that access to hard-to-find horse feeds or organic garden amendments makes the investment worthwhile. In short, you’ll receive exceptional value—rooted in quality products and unparalleled support.

Commitment to Quality & Memorable Service Recovery

We stand behind our promise: if something goes awry, we fix it. A memorable example involves two of our own, Melinda and Brian, who turned a mix-up into an opportunity to excel. When an order issue arose, they collaborated until the right product reached the customer—fast. Moments like these demonstrate how we treat every situation as a chance to exceed expectations and reinforce trust.

More Than Just a Store—A Community Partner

Adding to the shopping experience is our on-site Buckwheats Coffee Stand, where visitors can savor handcrafted beverages and pastries before perusing feeds and supplies. It’s yet another way we invite our neighbors to linger, mingle, and make memories.

At Stoltzfus Feed & Supply, you’re not simply a transaction—you’re part of a thriving, agrarian community that values friendly faces, expert guidance, and a passion for animals and gardens alike. Whether you’re a seasoned farmer or a weekend gardener, stop by our Gap, PA location and discover why generations of customers consider us their trusted partner in pet, livestock, and garden care. We’re here to feed your needs and foster your success—one bag of seed, one garden glove, and one coffee cup at a time.
