At Total Automotive Center, time is of the essence. We know how frustrating it can be to wait days—or even weeks—for a repair. That’s why our team focuses on swift yet thorough service, turning around most jobs in less than 24 hours. As one satisfied driver put it, “I got my car fixed in less than a day for a very reasonable price.” From quick oil changes to complex transmission repairs, expect a fast diagnosis and streamlined workflow that minimizes your time in the shop and maximizes your time on the road.

Honest Communication & Transparent Pricing

Transparency isn’t just a buzzword here—it’s the cornerstone of our business. You’ll never face hidden fees or surprise markups. Our technicians walk you through each step, explaining recommended repairs in everyday terms and providing clear, written estimates. One customer lauded the “complete honesty of this company,” while another noted how we “try to keep your costs down.” With Total Automotive Center, you receive fair, competitive pricing that respects your budget without skimping on quality parts or labor.

Expert Vehicle Diagnosis You Can Trust

What sets Total Automotive Center apart in Reading’s crowded automotive scene is our uncanny ability to pinpoint elusive problems. When other shops throw up their hands, our in-house experts roll up their sleeves. “They diagnosed my issue when no other city mechanics would,” shared one relieved customer. Our ASE-certified technicians leverage advanced scan tools and a wealth of hands-on experience to diagnose—and resolve—issues other shops might overlook. The result? Fewer repeat visits and a genuine confidence that your vehicle is in capable hands.

Friendly, Professional Staff Focused on Your Comfort

Walking into an automotive shop can be intimidating, but our welcoming, professional staff puts you at ease from the moment you arrive. Whether you’re chatting with our service advisors about routine maintenance or discussing repair options with our lead technician, you’ll find everyone approachable, courteous, and genuinely invested in your satisfaction. “These guys are awesome and professionals!” raved one regular, while another praised how “the staff was very polite and friendly.” At Total Automotive Center, we believe that respect and clear communication are just as important as wrenches and oil filters.

Fair Pricing & Exceptional Value

Quality auto repair shouldn’t break the bank. Our customers consistently report that our rates strike the perfect balance between affordability and excellence. “I believe the prices are fair,” said one driver; another noted the “very reasonable price” for top-notch work. By sourcing reliable parts and optimizing labor efficiency, we deliver a level of value that keeps customers coming back. From routine inspections to major overhauls, you’ll enjoy honest, straightforward rates that make sense for your wallet—and your peace of mind.

Reliability That Builds Lifelong Loyalty

Trust is earned over time, and Total Automotive Center has been earning it for years. Many of our clients have become friends, returning for every scheduled service and trusting us with each new vehicle. “I have been coming here for years,” one customer explained. “Always take our cars there for repair and inspections.” This level of loyalty speaks volumes about our consistency, care, and commitment to excellence on every job, big or small.

Addressing Every Experience—Even the Rough Ones

While the vast majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, we also take isolated concerns to heart. A singular “very bad experience” reported by one patron prompts us to investigate and refine our processes continually. Every piece of feedback, good or bad, is an opportunity to learn, improve, and maintain the high standards our community expects.
