Kitchen Kettle Village is an outdoor shopping village in Intercourse, PA, built around a working canning kitchen, with shops, restaurants and an inn on Route 340, 10 miles east of Lancaster city.
The Jam & Relish Kitchen cooks jams, jellies, relishes, salsas and pickles in front of visitors and keeps a sampling station with over a hundred items to try, by the site's count. The site counts more than 35 shops around it, among them a bake shop, fudge, kettle corn, ice cream, Waltz Vineyards, deerskin leather, candles, quilting, yarn and soap, plus the Kling House Restaurant and Harvest Cafe. Fall and holiday events run through December.
