Peddler's Village is a shopping and dining village in Lahaska, PA, with more than 60 locally owned shops, restaurants, the Golden Plough Inn and Giggleberry Fair, a family entertainment center. Admission and parking are free.
The village stages festivals through the year, from scarecrows along the walkways in fall and OctoberFeast to the Grand Illumination, when Santa flips the switch on the holiday lights and they stay on every evening into January. More than 60 locally owned shops and a cluster of restaurants fill a walkable village, Giggleberry Fair gives kids their own stop, and dogs on short leashes are welcome on the grounds.
Before you go
For the Grand Illumination, arrive by 5:30 p.m.; parking fills. Bring your own stroller or wheelchair, none are rented, including at Giggleberry Fair. Restaurant and Giggleberry Fair hours are posted separately from shop hours.
Coming up
Scarecrows in the Village runs through October 26 and OctoberFeast is October 10 and 11; the Grand Illumination Celebration is Friday, November 20, from 4:30 p.m., with the lights switched on at 6:15 p.m., and the Gingerbread Competition and Display runs November 20 to January 9, 2027.
