Country Junction is a general store and family fun center on Interchange Road in Lehighton, PA, with nearly two acres under one roof, outdoor amusement rides, a petting farm and a fall pumpkin festival.

Nearly two acres under one roof: a Pennsylvania Dutch bakery, fudge and candy, Ace Hardware and Ashley Furniture stores, a pet department, an arcade, upside-down bumper cars, mini bowling and a petting zoo and farm. From late September the Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival adds hayrides, a corn maze, carnival rides and laser tag for $15 on weekends and half price on weekdays, and the Christmas Village takes over from Black Friday.

Before you go

Festival tickets are sold online from the festival page; weekdays are half price. Pets are welcome at the festival. The paintball wagon, pony rides, gem mine, rock wall and bungee bounce cost extra. Show a Waldorf Haunted House wristband for $3 off festival tickets.

Coming up

The Great Pocono Pumpkin Festival runs daily through October 25, with live bands on weekends and a Halloween drone show on Sunday, October 11. The Christmas Village opens Black Friday, November 27, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a Polar Express hay-train ride, Mrs. Claus's Corner, a scavenger hunt, fire pits with s'mores and cocoa, and Highland cows and goats. Santa's Pajama Party is December 15, 6 to 8 p.m., and a Kid's New Year's Eve Party is December 31, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
