Chesapeake Baysox @ Reading Fightin Phils
May 15, 2027 · 1950 Centre Ave, Reading
About the event
The Reading Fightin Phils host the Chesapeake Baysox at FirstEnergy Stadium on May 15, 2027, for a Double-A matchup between two clubs stocked with players climbing toward the majors. Reading is the Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies and a member of the Eastern League, so the home lineup is where Berks County fans get an early look at future Phillies.
The visiting Baysox are the Double-A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles, based at Prince George's Stadium in Bowie, Maryland. The club took on the Chesapeake name to reflect fans spread across the wider bay region, and its logo features a crab holding a bat and the Maryland flag.
FirstEnergy Stadium has been the Fightin Phils' home since the franchise's founding, and it remains one of the most recognizable parks in the minors. Expect the fan-friendly atmosphere Reading is known for, with the between-innings antics and a full mascot lineup that make a night at the ballpark work for groups of any age.
Hosted by Reading Fightin Phils on BerksConnect.
