My Gut Instinct, a Berks County nonprofit focused on preventative health care and holistic wellbeing, brings its Guts & Glory Community Wellness Festival to Jim Dietrich Park in Muhlenberg Township. The gathering is built as a wellness exposition, with curated vendors offering interactive, hands-on learning rather than just handouts to carry home.
The day is organized around three areas the organization returns to again and again: emotional health and well-being, nutrition and inner beauty, and physical health and fitness. Expect conversations about tuning in to what your body needs, practical takes on eating well, and ways to keep moving, all in a setting where questions are welcome.
Admission is free, all ages are welcome, and leashed pets can come along, which makes it an easy Saturday stop for families and anyone curious about small changes worth making. The park's riverside setting along Stoudts Ferry Bridge Road gives the event plenty of room to spread out.
