The Reading Royals welcome the Maine Mariners to Santander Arena for a Friday night ECHL matchup in downtown Reading. The Royals skate as an affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms, so the ice is full of players working their way up, and a February date against a division rival tends to bring plenty of energy in the stands.

This game is Pucks & Pages, the Royals' Hockey Romance Novel Night, a nod to the booming genre that has put rinks at the center of countless love stories and pulled a wave of new readers toward the sport. It is a natural fit for book club friends, BookTok regulars, and anyone who wants a night out that mixes fast hockey with a little swoon.
