About the event

WhenFri, Oct 23, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The Sinking Spring YMCA turns Halloween into a night the whole household can share. Grown-ups and teens head to the group fitness studio, where Zumba and dance fitness instructors lead a costumed evening of music and movement. Come dressed for the occasion, since there is a costume contest, and non-member guests are treated to a free smoothie.

While parents are on the dance floor, kids celebrate with a Halloween themed Kids' Night Out. The evening is built around games, seasonal activities, and plenty of festive fun, so families can split up for a couple of hours and still be celebrating together under one roof.

This is one of several Halloween gatherings the YMCA of Reading and Berks County hosts across its branches each October, and it is a comfortable option for families who want costumes, music, and a little exercise in the same trip. RSVP is requested through the Y.
