The Reading Royals host the Trois-Rivieres Lions at Santander Arena, bringing a night of ECHL hockey to downtown Reading. Puck drops at 7:00 PM on Saturday, January 16, 2027, with the Royals looking to build on their season in front of a home crowd. Games move fast, the arena gets loud, and the action stays close enough to follow every shift from most seats.

This one doubles as Star Wars Night. Chewbacca, Darth Maul and other characters from the Star Wars universe will be on hand at Santander Arena, so costumes fit right in and photo opportunities are part of the evening. It makes for an easy pick if you are bringing kids who love the movies as much as the hockey.

Santander Arena sits in the center of Reading with parking and restaurants within walking distance, so it works well as a full night out for families, groups of friends, and anyone curious about catching pro hockey close to home.
