Trades Training for Adults at Tec Centro Berks in Reading
Tec Centro Berks trains adults in Reading for entry-level jobs in the trades, with programs in plumbing, facilities maintenance, forklift operation, commercial driving (CDL), industrial control technician work, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Trainings include industry-recognized credentials such as NCCER, OSHA, and Tec Centro-specific certifications, depending on the program track. Students in the Industrial Control Technician program work toward SACA, NCCER and OSHA certifications. Forklift students receive Tec Centro or industry-aligned documentation of completed training, depending on the final program structure.
