Chair YoChi is a weekly class led by Elizabeth Bentz at the Berks Encore Mifflin Wellness and Activity Center in Shillington. It meets on Thursday mornings and is done from a chair, so you can take part while seated.
The class is part of the center's ongoing schedule of wellness classes and activities for older adults in Berks County. Wear clothes you can move in comfortably, and come a few minutes early if it is your first time.
