Chair Yoga meets Thursday mornings at the Berks Encore Fleetwood Wellness and Activity Center on Kutztown Road in Fleetwood. The class uses a chair for support, so you can work on stretching, breathing and gentle movement while seated or standing nearby.
The class is part of the center's regular schedule of wellness and activity programs and is open to adults age 60 and older at no cost, with funding from the Berks County Area Agency on Aging. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring water. No class is held on days the center is closed, so check the center's Facebook page for closures and announcements.
