Berks Encore hosts Country Line Dance on Friday afternoons at its Fleetwood Wellness and Activity Center. Dancers learn and practice country line dance steps together in a group setting, with music and routines led at the center. It is one of the regular wellness and activity offerings for older adults at Fleetwood, alongside bingo, cards, crafts and exercise classes.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in. An advanced Country Line Dancing session follows later in the same afternoon for those who want more. The center is open Monday through Friday, and the fitness room is open during center hours.
The Fleetwood center is at 14432 Kutztown Road in Fleetwood. To ask about the class or the center, contact center manager Terry Becker at (610) 947-1700. Grab and go lunches can be ordered through the center manager two working days in advance.
