Pilates Mat Sculpt is a mat-based exercise class at the Berks Encore Strausstown Wellness & Activity Center, 44 East Avenue, Strausstown. It is part of the center's regular wellness lineup and is open to older adults who want to work on strength, core control and flexibility.
The class is offered on Mondays. See the schedule panel on this page for the current run and start time. It is free to anyone 60 and older, with funding from the Berks County Area Agency on Aging.
Wear clothes you can move and stretch in. If you are new to the center or want to check what to bring, ask the staff at Strausstown or call the Berks Encore main office at (610) 374-3195 before your first visit.
