Texas Hold 'em is a regular card game group at the Berks Encore Fleetwood Wellness & Activity Center. Players gather on Tuesday afternoons to deal hands, talk, and spend a couple of hours with the same friendly crowd each week. It is one of several card and game activities on the Fleetwood calendar, so newer players sit alongside people who have been playing for a long time.
The group is meant for older adults, and no equipment is needed. Just come to the center, and bring your own drink or snack if you like. The center is open weekdays, and grab and go lunches can be ordered in advance through the center manager if you want to make a longer visit of it.
