About the class
Creative Movement is a weekly dance class for young children at Culture Shock Performing Arts Center. The class meets on Wednesday evenings and runs for 45 minutes.
It is part of the center's school year dance season, which starts in early fall and continues through late spring. Culture Shock also runs ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, acrobatic dance, Irish step and Polynesian classes for older students, so dancers can move on to other styles as they grow. A separate Creative Movement class is offered on another day for younger dancers, with the option for one parent or guardian to take part.
