About the workshop
This Maker Date is a one evening painting workshop with a Halloween twist. You set up and paint a spooky seasonal still life while working on composition, lighting and color mixing. Instructor Amy Stephen leads the session, and it is open to all skill levels, so first time painters and experienced painters can both take part. A shared charcuterie spread from Chef Harley is included, along with your choice of a draft beverage from Thorn Alley Kitchen.
It meets on a Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM at GoggleWorks in Reading, in the Drawing and Painting classroom, room 318 on the third floor. Plan for one session only.
Tuition covers one person, so each person attending needs their own registration. At checkout you may also see optional add ons, including a multi course dinner at Thorn Alley Kitchen and a supervised drop off for children, which includes pizza and a craft and requires advance sign up. Register through the GoggleWorks class page; registration closes five business days before the class starts. Scholarships are available through GoggleWorks.
