About the program
Reading Rangers is an outdoor program from Mifflin Community Library that mixes a story with time spent outside. Miss Andrea from the library and Miss Sarah from Nolde Forest lead the group, and each month they take up a new topic that exists in nature or affects it.
Every gathering follows the same simple plan: the group reads a book together and then heads out on a nature walk. The goal is to be outside, so please dress for the weather on the day you come. Families with children of all ages are welcome.
The program meets at Nolde Forest on New Holland Road in Reading, and it runs about an hour in the morning. No registration is required, so you can simply show up. Call Mifflin Community Library if you have questions before you go.
