About the workshop
Paint a Mountain Christmas scene with a personal twist, guided step by step by instructor Laela. Pick a 16 by 20 canvas or a 16 by 20 wood plank board when you book. Optional upgrades include glitter and a do it yourself scented soy wax candle, and candle makers should arrive about 30 minutes early to make it.
The session runs Saturday afternoons. Painters of any age are welcome, and the design is recommended for ages 8 and up, so expect a mix of kids and adults in the room. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in, get smocked and settle in, since late arrivals may not be able to paint. The paint is non toxic acrylic that stains fabric, and aprons are provided, but wear clothes you do not mind getting a little paint on.
Snacks and drinks are welcome, and the studio is bring your own beverage, so alcohol may be present and you must be 21 or over to drink it. Cups are provided and you can bring your own ice. Book your seat online through the studio event page, and let the studio know if you are booking separately from friends so you can all be seated together.
