About the workshop
Paint a retro Christmas tree and personalize it with help from a Painting with a Twist artist at the Exeter Township studio. The class runs on Sunday afternoons, and you choose the surface you want to paint: a canvas, a wood plank board or a porch leaner. Glitter and a do it yourself scented soy wax candle can be added to your seat, and candle makers should arrive half an hour early to allow time to make it.
Plan to arrive ten to fifteen minutes before the start so you can get settled, or come up to thirty minutes early if you want more time to visit with friends first. Guests who arrive after the class has begun may not be able to paint. The studio uses non toxic acrylic paint that does stain fabric, so wear clothes you do not mind marking, even though aprons are provided.
This is a bring your own drinks and food studio. Cups, plates, napkins, bottle chilling sleeves and bottle openers are supplied, so bring ice and any eating or serving utensils you need. You must be 21 or over to drink alcohol in the studio. Seats are reserved and paid for online through the event page, or by phone with the studio.
