About the workshop
Penn State Master Gardeners lead this Halloween themed gardening program for kids, part of the Family Nature Series from Spring Township Parks and Recreation. The hour mixes holiday fun with plant science and garden know-how, including creative crafts and plant magic.
The workshop meets on a Sunday afternoon at the Township of Spring Administration Building on Windmill Road in Sinking Spring. It is open to children ages 4 and up, and the series welcomes adults with and without children.
Pre-registration is required, and every person who plans to attend needs to be registered individually. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian registered to attend with them. Watch your email in the days before the program, since updated details and directions to the facility are sent out ahead of time. If your plans change, let the Parks and Recreation office know so the spot can go to someone else.
