Field of Screams is a Halloween haunted attraction on a farm in Mountville, PA, with a haunted hayride, two haunted houses (Den of Darkness and Frightmare Asylum) and the Nocturnal Wasteland haunted woods, in its 34th season in 2026.

Four attractions in one night, each about 20 to 25 minutes, with a free Entertainment Area of live bands, DJs, food trucks and The Chainsaw Bar beer garden between them. Den of Darkness and Frightmare Asylum run rain or shine; the hayride and the woods close only for lightning or severe weather. It runs Fridays and Saturdays from September 11, adds Sundays in October and Thursdays from October 15, and is open Halloween night.

Before you go

Buy online to guarantee entry and pick a time slot; walk-ups get in only if space allows and the booth is cash only (ATMs on site). Screenshot your ticket, cell service is limited. No bags, no masks, no outside alcohol. Dress in layers and for a farm. Not recommended for children under 10.
