Good forteens, adults, a group of friends

Hotel of Horror is a pair of haunted house attractions, Hotel of Horror and Altered Nightmares, inside the former Lake House Hotel in Saylorsburg, PA.

The walk goes through five floors of a Victorian-era resort hotel, from guest rooms and hallways down to the basement and up to the attic, with antiques and live characters worked into the rooms. The second attraction, Altered Nightmares, starts in the old ballroom and runs through blacklight rooms. The two together give about an hour of walkthrough, and the haunt has run since October 1992.
