Shady Brook Farm is a working farm with a farm market, garden center and seasonal festivals in Yardley, PA. FallFest runs September 11 to October 30, 2026, and the Holiday Light Show follows from November 21.

FallFest puts 25-plus attractions on one ticket: the America 250 corn maze, pumpkin picking, wagon rides, a jumping pillow, pedal go-carts, barnyard animals and the Eerie Illuminations night show, plus a haunted barn with no live actors. From November 21 the same fields become a drive-through Holiday Light Show the farm counts at more than 4 million lights, with wagon rides and a Santa's Village that costs nothing to walk through.

Before you go

Buy FallFest and light show tickets online; drive-through tickets cost $5 more at the gate and wagon rides $3 more. Heavy rain closes FallFest. Tickets are not refundable but can be moved to another date. Dogs on leash are welcome only at the market and garden center, not the festival.
