Albright College opens its campus to alumni, students, families, and neighbors for Homecoming and Family Weekend, a day built around school spirit and connection across the greater Reading area. The morning begins with the college's new 5K and Fun Run, a health and wellness addition to the weekend that welcomes runners and walkers alike to the North 13th Street campus.
Beyond the course, the day fills out with athletic competition, food trucks, alumni programming, and a ribbon cutting for the finished Gingrich Library. It is a good chance for Berks County residents to see what has been happening on campus, cheer on the Lions, and spend a Saturday outdoors close to home.
Activities run through the afternoon, so families can drop in for the run, stay for a game and lunch, or come later in the day. Full details are available through Albright College at albright.edu.
