Dance, music, and railroad history meet at the Reading Railroad Heritage Museum when JCWK Dance Lab and the Reading Company Technical and Historical Society present All Aboard the Joy Train! The performance moves through the museum's setting of Reading Railroad locomotives, passenger cars, and archival collections, blending storytelling, contemporary dance, and original music into one experience.

The piece looks at how the Reading Railroad shaped the region, connecting towns, carrying culture along its lines, and pushing technical innovation forward. JCWK Dance Lab is a Berks County contemporary dance company built around creating joy, connection, and wellness through kinesthetic storytelling, with recent work rooted in the Reading community.

Families, train enthusiasts, history buffs, and anyone curious about the performing arts will find something to follow here. Plan to arrive at the museum on South Third Street in Hamburg, where the collections that inspired the work are on view all around the performance.
