The Britton Brothers bring live music to Doc and Bubba's in Mohnton for a midday set. Marc and Flip Britton have been playing together since their days in a full-time band in the 1970s, and they now perform mostly as a duo around Chester and Berks counties, drawing on popular songs from the sixties forward.

Between them they cover a lot of ground instrumentally. Marc plays guitar and soprano sax, while Flip moves among mandolin, ukulele, flute, guitar, harmonica, saxophone and penny whistle, which keeps the arrangements varied across a set.

Doc and Bubba's sits along the back roads on New Holland Road and pairs upscale American cooking and cocktails with a casual room and a spacious patio. It is a familiar stop for the Britton Brothers, and a comfortable spot to settle in with lunch while the music plays.
