Cocktails & Classics brings supporters of the Reading Public Library together for an evening at the DoubleTree on Penn Street. The benefit pairs savory and sweet treats with chef stations and an open bar serving beer, wine, and cocktails, plus music to carry the night along. Live and silent auctions and raffles round out the program.
This year the gathering takes a wild west turn, with the library inviting guests to bring their boots, books, and bling. Smart casual or dressy attire is welcome, so you can lean into the theme or keep it simple.
Proceeds support the Reading Public Library, whose branches serve readers of every age across the city. It makes for an easy night out downtown if you want good food, good company, and a chance to give back to a Berks County institution.
