About the event
Jim Dietrich Park turns spooky for a night of Halloween thrills along the Schuylkill River. The haunted hayride is tractor pulled, carrying riders through dark woods where something waits around each bend and behind each tree.
If you make it back, the haunted barn is next. Its shadowy hallways and rooms are set up to keep you moving, and the way out may take a while to find. Food vendors are set up outside for a snack or something warm to drink once you have caught your breath.
Attractions run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and you can choose the hayride, the barn, or both. It is a good pick for groups of friends and for anyone in Berks County looking for a frightful evening out in October.
