Reading Aviation Career Fair
October 9, 2026 · 9:00 AM · Reading Regional Airport, 2501 Bernville Rd · Free admission
About the event
Reading Regional Airport opens its doors for a day built around careers in aviation, bringing together companies and organizations that are actively hiring. Students, career changers, and anyone curious about the field can talk directly with people working in the industry, ask questions, and get a clear picture of the pathways available.
Seminars and staffed information areas cover air traffic control, drone and UAS operations, piloting, and aviation maintenance, with professionals on hand throughout the day to walk through training routes and what each job involves day to day. Exhibitors fill out the rest of the floor for networking and conversation.
There is plenty to see beyond the career conversations. Aircraft displays are set up on site, along with drone racing, drone simulators, and a live aircraft rescue and firefighting demonstration. The event runs rain or shine, so dress for the weather and plan to spend part of the morning outdoors.
