Second Sunday: Studio Crawl
October 10, 2027 · 12:00 PM · GoggleWorks, 201 Washington St, Reading · Free admission
Also on Sun, Oct 11.
About the event
GoggleWorks opens its second and third floors for a self guided studio crawl, and the artists who work there are the main attraction. You set your own pace through the hallways, taking in the paintings, prints, objects, and works in progress that line the corridors outside the studios.
Studio artists are encouraged to be in their spaces from noon to 4 p.m., so this is the window when you are most likely to catch someone at work, ask about a piece, and see how it comes together. Conversations happen naturally here, whether that means meeting a maker for the first time or running into a familiar face from the neighborhood.
Bring family or a friend and plan on wandering. It works well as a short stop or a long afternoon, and the mix of studios means there is usually something unexpected around the next corner.
Hosted by GoggleWorks Center for the Arts on BerksConnect.
