Doc and Bubba's turns its dining room over to the youngest guests for a holiday afternoon with the restaurant's own Elf. Things begin with crafting at 4:00 PM, so kids can settle in at a table and make something to carry home or hang on the tree.

At 5:00 PM the focus shifts to reading, with favorite Christmas stories shared aloud for everyone gathered. It is a relaxed, come as you are kind of gathering, and the kitchen keeps working through it, so families can order dinner while the afternoon unfolds.

The Mohnton restaurant sits along New Holland Road, with parking on site and room for groups. Children 12 and under eat on the house, which makes this an easy stop for parents and grandparents looking for something simple to do with the kids the week of Christmas.
