Wolfe Hill Farm in Lenhartsville opens its fields for a full day of slowing down, hosted with Shade Tree Embodied Wellness. The Seasonal Gathering is built around reflection, creativity, and time outdoors, with the aim of helping you settle into the rhythm of autumn alongside a small circle of neighbors.
The day moves through several guided experiences. Gatherers wander the farm, blend and sip seasonal herbal tea, and take part in a guided watercolor session. Jen from White Wave Restorations leads sound bath and forest bathing components, and Local Chef Amy prepares lunch to share at the table. Quiet stretches for rest and reflection are woven throughout.
The group is kept small on purpose, so the atmosphere stays close and unhurried. Dress for a day spent on farm ground and expect to come home with dirt on your shoes. Should weather interfere, the gathering carries a rain date of Sunday, October 25.
