Muhlenberg Township Parks and Recreation hosts a yoga class in the open air at Jim Dietrich Park, gathering near the park's farmhouse for a calm hour of practice as the evening settles in. If weather turns, the session moves indoors, so the class goes on either way.

The format welcomes newcomers alongside people with a longstanding practice. Instructors offer guidance throughout and encourage modifications and props so each participant can work at a comfortable pace. The session runs until 7:15 PM. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Anyone attending for the first time should arrive a little early to complete paperwork before the class begins.

Jim Dietrich Park sits along the Schuylkill River and is part of the township park system, with dog parks, courts, fields, and pavilions spread across the grounds, making it an easy spot to stretch out an evening visit before or after class.
